Pilot success checklist

Lightweight CS framing before wide rollout, content, metrics, champions, and feedback loops.

  1. Pick a crisp outcome: e.g. compliance completion lift, faster onboarding, or modality adoption experiments.
  2. Seed two champion authors: they pair with L&D to prove Studio throughput (course time-to-publish, review workflow).
  3. Instrument events early: confirm ALP event plumbing or native telemetry before scaling learners; dashboards need signal.
  4. Run a four-week feedback loop: weekly review of Help Center searches, Sudar tutor themes, and assessment scores; feed changes into content.
  5. Document decisions: policies for AI usage, data retention, and Sudar Agents toggles belong in your internal runbook; link back to Sudar Help Center for user-facing consistency.
